We are forever grateful Teddy came into our lives, even though it was for such a short time.  Teddy, 6.5 years old, had just come into rescue when we got him.  He was the perfect boy; rambunctious, loving, respectful, smart and always there to greet us with his beautiful smile in the morning.  Teddy came into our house and made himself instantly at home.  He had a simple easiness to him that we found endearing. Teddy loved laying on our bed when we were working.  He also loved belly rubs, playing with other dogs and getting lots of love and affection.  Teddy had a huge prey drive and was eager to flush out any squirrel, cat or rabbit within 50 yards of our home.  We were just getting started on our journey with Teddy, when he was tragically hit by a car and died of his injuries on Nov. 5th 2020.  The loss of Teddy's huge personality has left a gaping hole in our lives.  We will forever be impacted by his brief presence and huge print on our hearts.
