Daisy
Daisy is a 3 year old 45 pound girl with a terribly rough start to her life. She was rescued from a hoarding-neglect case with over 15 other dogs, and is learning how to trust humans! Daisy is extremely fearful of people and will take several weeks, maybe even months to a year, to warm up to her new adopter. She will pancake to the ground when she is in a situation where she is scared. She does like other dogs and enjoys playing with the other Airedale she came into rescue with, Poppy. She has been around one of my dogs and wasn't extremely interested, but we will keep trying that! Daisy doesn't know her commands very well but has not had one accident in her kennel! She does like bones and chew toys and is known to get a little crazy in her kennel when no one is watching! Daisy and her sister Poppy are currently in boarding and are hoping for a soft place to land soon. Daisy would be extremely happy to go to a home with Poppy. Otherwise, having another dog in the home is a must so she can build some more confidence! Daisy will require a 6 foot fence, preferably privacy as she is a fence climber and can climb chain link.
