Derry Girl
Derry Girl was living outside with little to no structure when she was rescued. She wasn't housebroken; she had never used steps; never worn a collar; never been on a leash; and had never had a toy. Now, a month later, she has learned so much. She can ring a bell to go outside, loves balls and toys, walks on a leash and loves to sniff everything on her walks. She still has a lot to learn and would benefit from formal training. She does know a few basic commands. Derry Girl's foster mom describes her as very affectionate, happy, rambunctious and all Airedale! She enjoys her crate only when she wants to use it. She will need a patient, loving Airedale experienced forever family who will help her grow and learn to love and trust more. She has a lot to learn and a lot to unlearn. Derry Girl would like a home with a fenced yard, maybe some older kids and even a doggy sibling. This girl promises to be a treasure lifelong companion for some lucky forever home.
