Poncho is a happy, 5 year old Airedale who came to us from Arizona. With his constant smile and joyful personality, he’s a true delight to have around.

Poncho loves to play – especially soccer! He can dribble a ball using both his head and paws, making him quite the talented athlete. He also enjoys water play and happily splashes around with the hose.

Poncho was raised with a Golden Retriever and is eager to play with his foster Mom’s mellow Airedale. When he’s on leash, he can be reactive toward other dogs, but he responds well to redirection – especially when cookies are involved.

He keeps his kennel spotless and knows several commands, including sit, down, shake, and wait. Poncho is not recommended for a home with young children.

This cheerful, playful boy would love a home that can appreciate his enthusiasm, continue his training, and give him plenty of opportunities for fun and enrichment.
