Charlie had a very poor life before he came into rescue.  He was found tied to a dumpster and lacked the love and attention that a dog needs to grow up with. He is now learning how to be the best Airedale he can be.  He walks well on a leash and needs to be with another dog so he can continue to have canine company and learn many things from a sibling. Charlie is learning crate training.  He will go inside but doesn't like to have the door closed.  That is OK.... he  just needs to know that he has a safe place to go when the world around him is overwhelming. Charlie likes to be bathed and brushed. Mostly, he will love to climb up on your lap and give you tons of kisses.  He loves his people!  His greatest accomplishment in life is being a champion at counter surfing. His foster family is working on that with him and hopefully he will lose his "champion" title.  This sweet boy needs his forever home so he can continue to  grow and always feel safe and loved. He would do very well in an active home with older kids.
