Max came into ATRA after his Dad passed away. A good friend has been caring for Max but cannot keep Max due to health issues. He is well loved and has no serious issues except for being very afraid of thunderstorms. Max has a very sweet and gentle spirit. He has no history of being with or living with other dogs. He has spent all his time as a companion to his Dad. They did everything together. Max is a big boy but is not overweight.
